By using this website or our software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The software

SELANCE and SELANCE Capture are audio plugins for mixing and mastering. We describe them as accurately as we can, but they may evolve before release — what you read on the site is not a final specification.

License

When you buy a plugin you receive a perpetual license for one machine, covering macOS and Windows. Licenses are non-transferable except as we may allow, and every license includes free updates for the lifetime of the current version.

Trial

A fully functional trial will be available at launch, with no time-limited demos and no feature gating on evaluation.

Fair use

You may use the software to create and master your own audio. You may not resell, redistribute, crack or reverse-engineer it, or remove any copyright or license notices.

Acceptable use of the site

Use the website in good faith. Do not spam, attack the servers, or post unlawful content.

Disclaimers

The website and the software are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use.

Intellectual property

The names Templephonics and SELANCE, the logo and the designs are our trademarks and are protected. You may not use them without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to you, and any dispute will be resolved where you reside.
